FUSION® V1100, the high-tech Fusion Bonded Epoxy product, second only in performance to the world renowned PERMASTORE® Glass-Fused-to-Steel solution, is an epoxy product that will look better for longer!
The internal coating of all FUSION® V1100 Fusion Bonded Epoxy coated sheets is subject to 100% testing and inspection of the contact surface at 1100v and any panel having a discontinuity is rejected. This assures customers of the high quality associated with all PERMASTORE® products. This testing procedure demonstrates Permastore’s 100% dedication and commitment to manufacturing the highest quality product, whether it be Glass-Fused-to-Steel or Fusion Bonded Epoxy, available in the market place.
The internal RESICOAT® R4-ES coating is compliant with NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 and holds BS 6920 approval for drinking water as well as numerous other local regulations around the world.
The external coating, a high quality AkzoNobel coating consisting of a combination of an epoxy primer and polyester top coat, is subject to Florida outdoor exposure testing. This testing ensures that the end product is a long lasting and durable tank product that is colour stable and UV resistant even in the most intense sunlight for up to five years. The external surface of the panel is inspected using a colorimeter test and the colour checked against standard limits. Panels with a colour outside of these limits will be rejected. The external INTERPON® D2525 has passed extensive and rigorous testing and holds a number of independent approvals, making it an ideal Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating for consideration in your next containment project.
