Biogas / Anaerobic Digestion
Farm digestion of waste, animal slurry and energy crops is seen as an important part of the global growth of renewable energy solutions. In addition, anaerobic digestion (AD) is recognized as an ideal system to deal with most organic waste streams.
Fusion’s extensive history of anaerobic digestion tanks goes back to the early 1970′s.
Glass-Fused-to-Steel (GFS) can be utilized in both the liquid zone and the gaseous zone of the digesters as well as for the ancillary tanks to give long term security of the tanks. This system gives significant benefits of economy and security to farmers and biogas technology companies.
Glass-Fused-to-Steel tanks can also be used for biogas storage by incorporation of double membrane roofs.
