Biogas Plant on Prince Edward Island

Permastore is pleased to announce the successful completion of a Biogas Plant for Cavendish Farms. Permastore have supplied the digesters and ancillary tanks in support of the Company's strategy to lead the way in its environmental responsibility. The potato processing company is located on Prince Edward Island, Canada's "smallest and greenest province". The island is famous for producing approximately 1.3 billion kilograms of potatoes annually and accounts for a third of Canada's potato production, exporting to more than twenty countries around the world.
